Looks to have been homemade, completed from a kit.
Simple wood frame, no glass.
Measures approximately 14 1/4" wide x 11 1/4" tall.
Some dings / wear to the frame. There are a few stitches missing here and there. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back. It needs a nail added to one side.
